Sir,
Would you please explain to me why do they need the money? According to the PR you've included in your other post, it says, the sales are 7 million dollars per year and they are working to increase the profitability of SWK ( that means there is profits).
Why do you think they will raise money.
On the other hand, the last selling, according to the same post, was in October, 2007. Is there any buying?
