yes, that is why i said, several days ago, when the large block was sold at .004, that the pps will be there in a few days. everyone here was clamoring to buy because that sale must have meant the dilution is done ... but if you watch this closely, the pps always sinks to meet the dump because they are selling that inventory into the demand. of course, this kills demand. hence the lower volume of late.
