Averaging down is a mistake unless the fundamentals of the company hasn't changed and the downturn is just a market event. It works well on the big board but I don't have enough experience down here in the slop to bet my paycheck on it :)

I've seen too many pinksheet stocks that are just hot air and the reduction in pps is dilution. In that case, you're throwing good money after bad.
