Uptrend line is broken BUT the 100dma held. BUT charts are not so helpful with penny stocks. One reason is it takes so little money to cause a panic (as we've seen). Fundamentals are still in place and the news is nothing but outrageously GOOD.

As I was going up the stair, I met a man that wasn't there. He wasn't there again today. I wish to God he'd go away.
