OT: Brings to mind an incident quite a few years ago when I was working at Sears and this hippie-looking kind of guy walked in looking for an electric drill. So I said to him, "Right over here, Sir." "What kind of a drill are you looking for, Sir?", etc., etc. And the fellow looks at me and says, "Easy on the "sir"...it don't suit me so well!"
