HISS and GTT Cooperating on First Joint Proposal

ARDEN, NC, Mar 26, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HISU) announced today that it has begun the due diligence process with Global Tracking Technologies(TM) of Tampa Florida.

Earlier this month Homeland announced that it had signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Global Tracking Technologies, LLC of Tampa, Florida, a rapid growth wireless GPS location based services company for stock and other considerations. The due diligence is scheduled to be completed by April 12, 2008 with a formal contract to be signed within two weeks after the completion of the due diligence.

"GTT and HISS have already begun to work together," stated Fred Wicks, CEO and President of Homeland Integrated Security Systems. "HISS is in discussions with GTT about supplying Cyber Trackers as part of a large proposal GTT is preparing for customers in the Middle East and Africa."

"GTT is now working with Homeland Security systems to integrate HISS products into our total automatic vehicle location solution offerings," stated Floyd Raynard, CEO of Global Tracking Technologies.

"As part of our total solution, HISS products will be used for vehicle security, bus tracking and fleet management and will be provided by our network of international tracking service providers."
