DI, there was a time that I truly believed...
that thunder was actually the angels bowling in heaven,
that the Tooth Fairy put money under my pillow,
that the Easter Bunny gave me a basket of goodies on Easter Sunday,
and that Santa Clause left me presents on Christmas morning.
I believed in those fairy tales, because I wholeheartedly trusted & believed in the people who told them to me. What can I say? I was naive.
Not so long ago, much like those fairy tales, I believed in PHGI, <or> as you say, "the impossible dream". I believed even when the O/S was maxed out to a whopping 155 mil because at least we were given an acceptable reason for it..."to complete all on-going projects at this time". My holdings, which took many months and hard-earned dollars to accumulate, were actually worth something then in comparison to the low float and OS.
<skipping ahead> the A/S jumped to 355 mil, then 870 mil, now 1.8 BILLION!! Dilution, dilution, dilution, nothing but FILTHY DILUTION and no reason given. My holdings are now worthless!
With a patented gold mine purported to contain 1.2 mil ounces in proven gold reserves, why not use the preserves as collateral to secure a short-term loan and LIMP ALONG until revenues were produced? Instead, it was decided that selling shares at disgustingly low super sub-penny levels was the better option. Huh??
IMO, this dilution solution was an extremely irresponsible act that contradicts good stewardship regarding investor money? I mean c'mon, yesterday we had a record volume day of 192 million shares traded between .0004 & .0005 a share, how pathetic!
Truely, whenever I look at my portfolio today, I experience that same sickening feeling in my stomach back when I first learned the truth about the Tooth Fairy, the Easter Bunny, and Santa Clause. This time, however, innocence is not lost, it's my hard earned money!
I don't believe in fairy tales anymore and, IMO, massive dilution has rendered the dream "Impossible".
