Agree with that - PPS should be corrected to the NORTH very shortly is my guess!!!

RCCH/IWS is WAY UNDERVALUED at this point!!! Company should initate a BUY-BACK-PROGRAM of their own shares or request the NOBO-LIST and finally attack and "kill" the shorties which don`t want to cover their short-positions till now!!
