Arch. . .they still have to face the wrath of MSFT's attorneys. Chances are good that they won't win the case. Quite frankly, they don't have the money to push the case through the process. So unless MSFT caves in (and MSFT didn't cave in against the Feds). . .they don't stand a chance. Play it on the emotion of the market!
