In my last conversation with Mr. Atkinson last week he said that if he does not receive the financial statements from the accountants this week he will address
the shareholders in another press release.

Next Tuesday is April 1, 2008 and I do not think that he would want to delay addressing the shareholders any longer than the end of March, however this is just a guess.
