common stock outstanding as of March 14, 2008: 159,377,774 shares.

2 million shares have been added to the O/S since mid-November.

157,109,089 shares of common stock outstanding as of November 13, 2007.


The company owes monthly payments to the CD holders since Nov.

They don't want the shares ?
waiting for something to happen and get cash ?


We will know when (if) this dog closes above the MA50, after the 1st attempt a few weeks back.


Another question:

Where did all the trading shares come from, since October, if the company didn't dilute (except for those 2M that we don't even know if they were dumped) ?
