My close business partner has a SEC legal background where I told him about this Legacy debt. He says, "Your kidding, right? The CEO told people he unaware of this debt?" I said that it was stated as such in a filing. BP then says, "Where the hell did he find this shell". I told him a partner Kevin Kreisler. He then chuckled "You kidding right, guy gets a shell from a business partner and there's hidden debt", "Let me look into it, I'll give you the right answer, until then, don't invest another penny"!

So, as I await, not another cent into SWVC!
