There was no report of a reverse split and my shares still show the same at my broker. All I see is that Mr Meuse has 200k shares and is the sole director. I guess he can do what he pleases. I don't see how he took over except that he may have known the previous head of the company who mysteriously appeared a few months ago, and had no obvious power to take over except that he is associated with the secretary. If you do any research, there never were any Chinese, any Beijing Multimedia LTD, No Eagle Treasure, etc. The whole thing appears to have been a way to take the Shell away from the original CNTV, but flopped since.
