They have to get production moving fast, and .0002 is their target for getting a lot investors to buy, that is why once in awhile you see .0003 then they have to throw .0001 out to bring it back to .0002. If they keep it at .0001 they will lose money and .0003 investor would hestitate to buy it quick at this moment. Conclusion, water is definitely coming out soon with this buying volume, and this right now is the best opportunity for investors to buy. It can't get any better than this folks!.
