Resident Agent Change. Found a definition on the link below. it sounds to me that what this latest action may represent is the solidification of the ousting of Steve Nickolas. The chances of Steve regaining his position in NUBV looks slimmer by the day. ....which is fine, so long as a better-suited CEO replaces him, and the company forges ahead with getting products out to market in a swift fashion.
