Update:
I finally gave up on SCEY and sold at a loss.

It looked like it was gonna make a really nice move again, but all the negative market news, and no news coming from the company just held it down. There is some constant seller that does not want this to go above the .50s right now, so I finally sold this morning at .50.

In 2,086 at .60 .... ($1,260.55 includes commiss)
Out at .50 .... $1,034.02 includes commiss expense
= loss of $226.53 or 17.97% loss
Not a very good trade, darn it!!!!
