Stochastics crossing bullish at extreme-oversold levels now!

These are ridiculous cheap levels down here - very nice BUY OPPORTUNITY!!! 
I`m bidding for cheapies but no fills till now - perhaps I should change my order and buy out of ask??? RT-ASK, please! ..anybody could post a L2-screenshot, please??
