Viva..Yes they are a joke and most of these PR firms are. I worked with a guy that set up a PR firm. He told me all it took was a computer and a website and a couple of phone calls to some desparte OTCBB ceo's and that's pretty much it.

Maybe I should get in this line of work because CEOcast was paid nicely for Nothing.....
