This is how Chad explained it to me.

The “contract” is the agreement between the supplier, assembler (Revenge) and the distributor. The initial agreement signed was to lay out the terms of all parties and to determine a base number of vehicles. Folks are really trying to pick this thing apart like it is some conspiracy theory. The spin that gets put on every little word written in our PR’s is becoming ridiculous on these message boards. I will break it down as basic as I can. This is not a simple “contract”, it involves numerous individuals, agreements and contracts. The company is designing, building and launching a production supercar based on a pre-existing frame and kit. The number of suppliers and tooling involved is vast to put something like this together. Folks really need to look at the bigger picture and quit trying to focus on the tiny itty bitty details.

1st step, all parties must agree to certain terms.

Suppliers agree to meet the demand needed to fulfill XX number of vehicles
Assembler (Revenge) agrees to assemble XX number of vehicles
Distributor agrees to sell XX number of vehicles

This step is completed, the company gave details on this first step by providing the number of vehicles and that they would be distributed through GM dealers. The company has now progressed past the first step and is in the process of the second step

2nd step, parties must meet certain criteria set forth in the first agreement

Supplier must be able to provide the number of kits needed and make whatever arrangements necessary
Sub contractors and tooling requirements met
Assembler (Revenge) must be able to meet the production requirements, this involves building a production facility
Distributors must be selected and marketing materials prepared

3rd step, parties meet all requirements and production begins

They have not even pulled the permits to begin construction yet but folks keep asking me about contract details. I understand that many folks have been shaken by the share price and the constant misinformation spread by stock message boards. Let me put this into perspective, I receive no less than at least 50 emails a day from folks demanding in some form or another proof on what Revenge Designs is doing. If the company released information that gave details on certain distributors or suppliers all these folks desperate for some “proof” would begin emailing those companies to verify the proof they are seeking. This has in fact already happened in respect to Factory Five. This is very unprofessional when viewed by the company receiving the calls or emails. “Penny Stock” traders can be like locusts sometimes and swarm in destroying everything. There is a reason why certain details are kept private, it is to protect the deals that have been put in place. I hope this clears up some things for you.
