It doesn't matter what wavx does, which is why they should be selling every share they can find a buyer for. The price of ssp will not exceed .6 * sflk. It cannot have a run unless sflk does. Whilst there are intraday diffs, the price less the discount is pretty constant.

My most sincere hope is that when the merger takes place wavx has absolutely zero shares left and plenty of cash in the bank.

And FWIW, I won't have any shares after the merger either, or at $2.10, whichever happens first.
