Dennis, welcome to the board
DNC has a very small float, and we are considered undervalued.
So there's quite a few tight hands holding the stock at this point. We are expecting news at any time about our own branded DNC market label.
We are brand-new company that was done by a reverse merger. We have an entirely new board of directors and a much larger footprint in the software and hardware divisions of worldwide technologies.
If you read the news in the IBOX you will see when new CEO stated that in two years he hoped to add to the bottom line of the new company $100,000,00, one year after that 100 million more.
Share structure of just over 19 million you can see this makes us look extremely undervalued (if you do the numbers) we should be at about $.75 right now. So not many people are selling at this point, and I think MNs are trying to shake some free at this point. We are waiting on the numbers, and when that news comes (should be positive) we see the stock is rising quickly and continuing to the bigger boards. There's lots of good people here, Harr is a great monitor, and we believe were holding on to a winner. Just my opinion, welcome aboard. Val
