Seems like a continual walk down on low volume. IMO IRBL still has potential - called CAT. Chart forced me to sell all original shares as price trended down to hold only shares in the fives. Sometimes you take no gain to have powder for lower priced buying. No news and this could seek even lower prices. I do like that the OBV has held even as the price has dropped and the RSI is touching oversold while the CMF has been way green.

A little confirmation and it could be time to buy some more IRBL.
