Those are just shares that are registered and available if needed. THey have not been issued and are not 'outstanding", but they are there if they need them. You will find this kind of thing with many OTCBB companies.

I still think we are at a super bargain right now and when they announce their new web site and complete the aquisition, we will see a quick bounce to at least 2 cents (that will be more than a double for me and a 4 bagger from here).

All we need is a handfull of new investors to take interest when the PR is released which most likely will happen.
