Since certain conditions HAVE to met then I don't think there are ANY signed contracts. He stated he needed approx. 25 new employees to take on the increased WORK LOAD!! Can't hire them i.e. bring them on board to start any work until the new increased space is completed I wouldn't think!! Revenge Designs will have to have the New Facility completed before we go into Phase 3 right??
