AIM Stock/ETF Calculator Program has been Updated

The AIM Stock/ETF Buy/Sell Calculator for Fixed Commission Limit
Orders has been updated. It now stands at version 6.1

The Price Range Calculation results have been rearranged for an
easier interpretation. Also now calculated and displayed is NET
price difference information. (See the revised Program User Doc for
details.)
