I think you are right on that. IMO Multiple positive developments Pr'd in quick succession like this could result in a nice spike.

I like the aggressive marketing that appears to have started recently, particularly to the Asian Markets. An influx of new money can drive share price (short term) even if the company does nothing. Hard to say how high it could go should the companies assets perform well.
