I emailed Warren about the $0.20 trade last week and here is what he wrote back on Monday:

i very much appreciate it.

as for the 20 cent bid - we have a moron among us!
what more can i say. short sellers and detractors
yet the market bounced right back
we should have someone watch this for us soon, i'm sure they will return
