It is MO that the Whiteboard has zilch to do with ERHC purchasing property. I also see the doubling of the ERHC as a thought long ago about making ERHC a real company (see earlier post today from BSK and myself). Those plans changed IMHO as clearly described on ERHC's whiteboard.
