There sure have been an awful lot of shortage scares since 1998, with silver projected to literally go to the moon just about every year since then, and yet somehow, silver has until recently managed to lag gold as an investment

A PERMANENT SHORTAGE OF SILVER (14 November 1998)
A practical definition of the word shortage as it pertains to a tangible commodity would evolve around supply being insufficient to meet demand. A more precise definition would refine the meaning of that insufficiency to apply to the inability of current production to meet current demand.

Take my word for it, when the silver shortage hits, some users will panic. They will do anything to keep their production lines rolling. Only when the shortage scares them will they attempt to build silver inventories. The users drove palladium, at its peak, up to $1100/oz. from $60 ten years earlier, or almost 20 times, to keep those production lines running. You do the math – what’s 20 times the price of silver?

Greetings Fellow Silver Savvy Investors,

I like you got interested in Silvers potential growth back when it was around $12/oz. By the time I'd read Butler and listened to the videos on Monex about silver it was a year and a half later and Silver was 13.5
When I put down my first grand I was 14.00 by the time I'd put down some credit to buy 5.5K worth it was 14.20 to day its dropped but it is 16.40 its 3 months after I put down the 5.5K - I think its bound for the moon. God willing it will be in the next short while.
