So factoring in the rest of your post...which I agree with.. why throw in a reverse split?????....what to get "listed on NASDAQ,,,,,,,what for....it didnt do us any good before...I can live with this being a penny stock....... you saw how little time it took the PPS to fall from 1.00$ to fifty cents....it can happen just as fast again..... Not just from market factors but from shareholders who have seen the drop from 1.00$ to fifty cents and sell because they do not want to go thru it again....
