Aquaspin, this is a purely speculative exercise for me, but I have no doubt there must be a plan to increase the value of this other Cutler shells for Cutler and his associates. So far, I have not attempted to acquire any CCVR shares, but I do hold a small position in ASPE. As I am sure you are aware, David J. Cutler has an interesting profile and apparently engineered a personally lucrative deal between Multi-link Telecommunications and Auriga Laboratories (ARGA). I think he may just have the knowledge, experience and connections to parlay these current shells into something significantly more valuable than they are today. Even so, I would caution anyone planning to purchase shares in any Cutler companies, that these reverse merger deals generally result in horrific share dilution for rank and file shareholders and any profits to be made will be early on in the process, not later, as you can see if you look at the trading history for Auriga after the merger and up to the current date.

I am only expressing my personal opinions or repeating public information from SEC filings or media outlets-which may or may not be correct. Do your own investigating before investing!
