1. You have a major pharm pay peanuts for a licnese. They worked on it for 3 years. The following is speculation like most info here. Abt notified bocx prior to Christmas that they were returning the license. Bocx negotiated a modofication to the license to save face:
1. You keep the license
2. You don't have to make any payments unless you market a product.
3. If you choose to do further investigation, you are free to do so.
4. Since this change costs you nothing, increase the royalty and give us the right to terminate the license.

Abt retuning the license would be devistating to bocx's pps. If this product is so great where are the investors? Are we the most astute investors out there. Abt will ( if they haven't already) abandon work on recaf. The only reason for this is they don't see any chance of making any money with it.
