I had ordered the laundry soap and general purpose cleaner with the stainer remover. I believe WB is responsible for issuing the orders to change and update the American labels, but I would think Surefil would be the one to do the changing itself. It could be that there is SUCH a backlog of orders from Surefil to get processed, it might be delayed. Or WB has dropped the ball on sending orders out. I am tending to lean towards the first. I will again respond to the service agent, and kind of persuade him into giving me some more details on the the amount of WB product they are moving. I will pass this email along to WB's service department, and see what kind of response I get. Perhaps it is that they are selling such a high volume, they are having problems keeping up with demand. It kind of sounds like the distributor is trying to shift the blame onto the company, but more like he wanted ME to cantact them and let them know, so he could receive more product to sell :)
Anyways, I will continue to track this, and we'll see what results I get. I will not mention I am a shareholder, only a concerened customer.
