Mvive Shocked and Disappointed by SEC Suspension
Las Vegas, Nevada - (MARKET WIRE) - March 13, 2008, Mvive, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MVIV), (Frankfurt 4M1, WKN: A0M5WL), is shocked and disappointed by the recent allegations of the SEC Microcap Fraud Working Group but has pledged to assist the Commission in any way possible to ensure that all information concerning the Company is accurate and adequate.
