Thanks Kaz...Andrew Stewart the coinventor and owner in Impact Beverage, Inc that owns Enhanced Beverage, LLC. has contacted both Nickolas, Luke and Mark as to where he stands. He forwarded a response to one of my emails to Zouvas this afternoon. However, these guys seem to have gone underground for obvious reasons. I' ll let you know what I can and as soon as I can. Stewart is insisting on a guarantee that Nickolas is totally removed or he will issue a cease and desist injunction on the patent. The lien does not prevent them from practicing the technology ... they just need to come up with $350,000 in greenbacks because of the transfer XND to LDH t0 NUBV.
