News. What news? There is nothing to sell. No lease as that has gone into defalt. No sales as nothing has been shipped. Mothballed plant equipment is worth about $0.14 on the dollar, if there is a buyer who even needs what is there. No active contracts as they became void when the orders were not filled (assuming that there were any contracts and P.O.'s at all). No high quality key personel who can drive this business forward. No accounts rec. No patents. No proprietary products or systems.
Coke, Pepsi, Arrowhead, Fiji and all the rest do not need to invest in more production capability in an already mature industry. These companies are looking for ways to grow their market share through the marketing of the existing brands they have built.
Like all commodities, the private label segment for consumer bottle water is a low margin business that builds no customer loyalty to the manufacturer. It is all about who will sell the product for less. Any MBA student will tell you that is a weak business model.
Now couple all this with the actual interest in the stock. With some 30 million shares we are seeing a daily ranges of 5-12 cents and under 30,000 shares trading per day. Some days nothing or as little as a few thousand shares. Is this not the classic definition of munipulation?
As the only person who keeps insisting this thing is about to turn around and move past $1.00, you never address the concerns that are presented on this board. You just call us names and don't defend your position with the kind of facts that would challenge statements being made that question your stance.
RSPG is dead. The company only exists in a few peoples minds and the rest of us are stuck with worthless paper. I am over the loss I have taken on this one as that is the risk when we play with these start ups. This one failed........get over it.
