I agree. I've weighed out on a lot of penny plays, and this by far is a cut above the rest. For this price, I'm thinking this has got to be a no brainer. Even after it is all said and done, even if they only break even with some earnings, that still is 99% better than ALL the rest of the plays out there. You can't treat this as a flipper, you just know what it staring you right in the face and take the risk. Hold for a year or two, I don't think anyone will be disapointed with the results.
