You are mixing up your dates now.
Before you stated that Steve went to Nevada to incorporate Inter. Trading. Done May 2007.
Now you are saying it has to do with the merger which was never recorded with the State of Nevada??
That was August 2006.

Your post makes no sense.
There is NO RECORD of a merger with the State of Nevada.

Try google. I didn't know much about these terms either when I first started doing due diligence on penny stocks.
