Oh my God! This has become a very depressing board to read. And yet a few weeks ago, when the stock was rising, everyone was extolling the virtues of the company, the management and its potential. Now I read threats of "Class action lawsuits", race discrimination, forward shorting, and all sorts of unbelievable accusations.

Let's get in touch with reality! Until the audit is done there is nothing to report - they can't! Auditors have a unique power over companies. They seldom rush since they get paid by the hour - unless the company is large and powerful enough to stipulate a contract price - which I doubt is the case. So there are 2 audits - the one in Russia and the one that has to take place in the US. And this is the first. It takes time and everyone is impatient and wants management to release information before it is ready.

Until we get the uplift and the audited numbers there is no information to release.

What is this nonsense of "lawsuits". So you would take a company with almost no assets, except Russian producing alliances, and subject it to legal costs, bankrupting the company. And what would the result be of such a law suit. At the very least, you would succeed in driving a 50 cent stock down to sub penny. You will get nothing. Good Luck in trying to get a Russian company to release anything in a bankruptcy proceeding.

Geesh guys - what are you thinking??? It's like listening to teenage boys talk about the fun of peeing in their own pool. It's great locker room talk but purely stupid - considering the consequences.

This stock is on the SHO list. It should be obvious that this stock is under attack by someone(s) who want to destroy the company. It's in a Russian market where there are plenty of unscrupulous players who would love to break the relationships, alliances, and momentum of the company. The best way to do it is break the stock price and make financing very difficult. They can cripple the company.

Can the management do anything about it - No! It's a small startup with little capital to spend on the investigation and legal expenses needed to pursue and prosecute those involved. And since, I suspect, those involved are in another country there's almost nothing they can do. Still, rather than support the company and management that is working hard to try and fight the only way they know how - by continuing to develop the company - a few shareholders attack management team by chirping for more and more information. What do you want them to say?? That there's nothing they can do about the price, that they are working the company as best they can, that the audit is not done, that they haven't herd back from NASD on the uplift? They have already said it. Or, would you rather have them release confidential information that would help theri competitirs and probably attacker to help undermine them further.

For my money, I am betting that Barry Davis is back with his old Russian Partner. The one he was involved with when he was involved with and convicted of stock manipulation. As I recall his friend was pretty well connected with the Russian government. Well guess what, isn't that exactly NNRI's playground? Davis knew exactly what NNRI was doing from his friend who did some consulting for the company. That information was used to serve Barry's interest. He made millions on the rise and then subsequent fall of the stock.

If you all want to go into a shark feeding frenzy I'll post Barry Davis' address and phone number. And I'll find the name and addresses of his children (he has his assets in their name) and the name of the "charitable organization he like to use to try and clean his reputation. Then we start a calling and drive by campaign. If the IceMan doesn't mind screwing all of us out of our money then perhaps his family, friends, and organizations should be made aware of what kind of person he is. We can't touch the Russian but Barry is vulnerable.
