How so? How could they be responding to Sequiam's filing? By filing BK, Sequiam guarantees that Crestview can't use Sequiam's assets for anything with BMRX.
Take a look at this from afar...seems like Crestview thought they would blindside Sequiam, but in the end will take the knockout to the chin. Unless they back down and do something to clear things up.

EDIT-Jack of stocks, almost everyone..you "know" me here, and I didn't. :)
