It appears to me that this is not a good thing. I think abt was going to return the license. Bocx let them out of the requirement that they pay minimum annual payments, they are not required to do any more r & d on recaf. If they do succeed in devolping a commercial product, they pay a higher royalty. Big deal, more of nothing is still nothing. What did bocx get: the right to terminate the agreement and have more licensees. Again more of nothing.
