I haven't had a chance to digest the patent yet. But I believe the patent covers the process not product. My current profession is nutraceutical ingredients. I can say that the most of nutraceutical ingredients and vitamins have unpleasant taste and odor, except for a few such as dietary fibers. How can a taste-less, color-less, odor-less nutraceutical water be produced. Even if it's possible, the ingredients to be used will be very limited.
Another technical hurdle is the microbial stability which I stated in my last post. This Nu2O has neutral pH containing nutraceutical ingredients is a favorable growth medium for bacteria. If no preservatives are added in the water, how the product safety and shelf life is maintained.

It seems that you already mentioned some of these issues in your post. Do you mind having some comments? If these issues are not resolved, to me the taste-less odor-less, color-less, and preservative-less Nu2O is just a dream.
