I also confirmed with the Transfer Agent there will be no increase in the Authorized Shares, and no increase in the Shares Outstanding. I also verified that we are on the one yard line with the financing. Damn we need Jerome Bettis for that plunge into the end zone. I'll even bring William "the refrigerator" Perry out of retirement for this final lunge into the end zone!!!!
