"Enough is enough". That was taken from their statement. I think the reason is, either the buyer wasnt serious- paying enough, or the company think it has a much higher value.
The company stated that it is profitable ( I recall an 8mill. as a given number of profits). So, they might be waiting for higher bid to sell.
