scalig. Having actually visited the NH plant I can tell you that there was an effort there to make it happen. If I remember (or heard) correctly there was a permitting issue with the city to make the thing happen. The parties could not agree and that is when it folded. IMO it was an honest effort, not just a PR stream.

All posts are in my opinion and I went to public schools.....In New Hampshire.
