We are writing to advise you that we
intend to amend our Articles of
Incorporation to increase our authorized
shares of Common Stock, par value $.001 per
share, to 60,000,000,000,000 shares. This
action was approved on February 27, 2008 by
our Board of Directors.

The amendment to our Articles of
Incorporation increasing the number of our
authorized shares of common stock will not
be effective until after we file Articles of
Amendment to our Articles of Incorporation
with the Florida Secretary of State. We
intend to file the Articles of Amendment 20
days after the date this information
statement is first mailed to our
stockholders.
