That is the price you need to pay for a contract in the DR. What I really like is the fact that the DR government will not allow Spain or any onther country lay claim to any wrecks in the DR waters. So they will not have to go through what another company is. Finding $500 million in booty and not being able to do anything with it till after years of court.
