Some might want to take into consideration that the EEOC laws are now being inforced. People who give screening tests need to be licensed in a timly and re-occuring basis. If put on software to save a testing company lost employee time the screening employees could take the test from home given the proper software and that the screening company would pay for it.

As to the .15 pps question. that has been blown way out of porp. That is another issue only available to some.
