This post is only my opinion....It will be my only post today...It hopefully will not be deleted since it pertains to AMGG.

IN MY OPINION
1.Anderson and Jessyland are right on target
2.We will soon be traded and pr's will follow
3.Part of the delay was due to all shares being turned back in by
Rick P and Jerry's group(DAVE,WIL,JERRY,GREG)
4.Jerry and his team returned 300 million shares back to treasury
5.Total of 1 million shares after split now available
6.300- 400 thousand shares controlled by longs from old days
6. 600-700 thousand controlled by JOHN C and MR Parker team
7.In english we control about 30% OF authorized shares
8.Jerry was given backs leases,he was not a crook
9 Rick P was compensated by JOHN C central park will go private
10.We will have new company AMGG that will raise PRIVATE funds,make acquisitions of companies with existing revenue
11.Hopefully,initially price of stock will increase 3-4 dollars with no initial dilution or massive selling by longs
12.THESE 11 ITEMS ARE STRICTLY MY OPINION I believe JOHN C will continue to be low key and concentrate on HIS STRENGTH.Mr Gerald Parker will assist in financial growth through acquisitions,and his expertise in developing future business opportunities.
