You state "In Fact" but then state "Probably" which is it?Fact or probably. This is the issue I have with this whole line of discussion. You state your opinion as fact when you have nothing to support it. I am not sure what the agenda is, but we who are interested in the company would like to focus on facts, not unsubstantiated BS.
Indeed, it would be unlawful for the company to benefit from what's being dumped unless it filed an SB-2. Frankly this line is without merit as well. An SB-2 is filed for reporting companies. This is a pink sheet. NON reporting. Different set of rules and SB 2 is not the correct filing. More opinion which holds no support. See what I mean?
